T&G FOUNDING MEMBERS

Tongue and Groove, Choir, East Dulwich

I'm Caroline, in the real world I am a property manager and ex teacher.

I have managed local community choir's, where I have been responsible for choreography

and choosing repertoire songs, basically all things performance related.

I've performed in shows at the Young Vic, Sadlers Wells and many other theatres and taken part in performances with Spitalfields Music, Royal Festival Hall and the 2012 London Olympic Opening and Closing Ceremonies among others. I'm also a drummer ( brilliant for banishing bingo wings !! ) and the Event Coordinator of the Pandemonium Drummers.

My  party trick is wiggling my left ear to music !

Tongue and Groove, Choir, East Dulwich

I’m Robin, my day job is freelance set designer in the events industry.

I studied technical theatre arts at drama school and met Caroline in a local Community Choir.

I was their Communications Manager for the four years and Acting Chair Person for nearly a year. I was recently a member of the National Theartre Community Company performing in

"Light Shining in Buckinghamshire" at the Lyttleton Theatre as well as

"Crowd Out" and "Depart" for the Spitalfields Music Festival.

With Caroline we promote an annual Festival of Choirs night for the Dulwich Festival.

I am not a king although I once rubbed up against a Royal, so as good as.
